Dear Sharon, I am so grateful I was able to use your company to send a hamper to my sister for Christmas. The gentleman who took my call was extremely helpful & polite. My sister is terminally ill & she was so excited to receive the hamper, which was delivered within three hours of my call. It was a difficult situation for me as my sister was not expected to be home for Christmas, and, as I live in Melbourne, sending a gift so close to Dec 25th was always going to be a huge problem.
