We offer FREE DELIVERY with every one of our online Gifts. This means that all prices noted on our site INCLUDE delivery to almost anywhere in Australia.
If our couriers can't get it there, we'll send it for you via Australia Post. If both of these delivery methods are unavailable, we'll contact you and discuss your options.
Remember the more information you can give us, the more chance your gift has of arriving on time.
If your gift is going to a business address, please include as many details as possible including the company name, department (if applicable), and where to leave it.
Same goes with hospitals... list as many details as possible including the hospital address, the department, the floor, even the bed number if you have it. It all helps.
If your gift is going to an apartment block, there's normally no safe place to leave it. To ensure your gift arrives safely, we send all gifts to units and apartment blocks by Australia Post. This way, if your recipient isn't at home, a card will be left for them to collect it at the local post office.
Always be careful to supply us with the correct delivery details as a second delivery will be at your cost.
