Our same day service is for Sydney Deliveries Only and for addresses within a 20km radius of the city. Orders must be placed by 1pm.

To ensure your gift arrives safely...

If your recipient isn't at home and you've noted "Return to Depot" - the courier will return your gift to the depot. A second delivery will be at cost to you.

Our normal delivery times when orders are placed by 2pm are...

Sydney metro - usually next work day

Melbourne metro - 1 to 2 work days

Brisbane metro - 1 to 2 work days

Adelaide metro - 3 to 5 work days 

Perth metro - 4 to 6 work days

NT and Hobart - 5 to 7 work days 

If your delivery address is outside metro or country or regional it may take another work day or two to arrive.

All deliveries to units and apartment blocks are sent via Australia Post. These usually take 1 day longer than noted above.

These times may blow out by a day or two due to the Christmas rush.
