It's our 28th Birthday but we've decided to give you the gift - FREE DELIVERY with every one of our online Gifts.

This means that all prices noted on our gifts INCLUDES delivery to almost anywhere in Australia. If our couriers can't get it there, we'll send it for you via Australia Post. If both of these delivery methods are unavailable, we'll contact you and discuss your options. There may be a fee involved to send your gift via another mode of transport.
 

DELIVERY TIMES

Our normal delivery times when orders are placed by 3pm are...
Sydney metro - next work day           Perth metro - 3-6 work days
Melbourne metro - next work day   Hobart metro - 5-7 work days
Brisbane metro - next work day   Alice Springs metro - 5-7 work days
Adelaide metro - 3-5 work days  

If your delivery address is country or regional it may take another work day or two to arrrive.

       Same day delivery is available in Sydney only at a cost of $15.
Your gift will normally arrive within 4 hours of your order being
placed by way of our direct courier service.

If your gift is going to a business address, please include as many details as possible including the company name, department (if applicable), and where to leave it.

Same goes with hospitals... list as many details as possible including the hospital address, the department, the floor, even the bed number if you have it. It all helps to ensure your gift gets there on-time.
 

If your recipient isn't at home and you've noted "Leave in a Safe Place" - providing there is a safe place the courier will leave your gift. If there isn't a safe place he'll return it to the depot. A second delivery will be at cost to you. (Please note - we accept no responsibility for gifts left)
 

If your recipient isn't at home and you've noted "Return to Depot" - the courier will return your gift to the depot. A second delivery will be at cost to you.
 

If your gift is going to an apartment block, there's normally no safe place to leave it. To ensure your gift arrives safely, we send all gifts to units and apartment blocks by Australia Post. This way, if your recipient isn't at home, a card will be left for them to collect it at the local post office.
 

Always be careful to supply us with the correct delivery details as a second delivery will be at your cost.
