Our guarantee to you

At The Basket Factory we do everything within our means to ensure your gift baskets reach their destination in perfect condition. If, due to unforeseen circumstances any of our products do not reach you in good condition, we will happily refund or replace the items concerned. We guarantee the substitution will be of equal or greater value. Our strict use by date policy also guarantees that you will never receive any product whose product life is close to expiring - guaranteeing you receive only the freshest product.

Delivery services

Modern warehouse facilities and advanced order processing systems enable us to manage orders of any size quickly and efficiently and we deliver Australia wide, including same day for Sydney.

We deliver Monday to Friday excluding Public Holidays.
 
A re-delivery fee will be charged if an incorrect delivery address is given, a recipient is not available or if there is no safe place to leave the hamper. If instructed we can arrange to leave the hamper with a neighbour or in some other safe place.

Export policy

Items bought online (electronically) via this website will only be delivered to addresses within Australia and its territories. Should you wish to send product overseas please call us on 02 95501900.

Terms of Service

We deliver Australia wide and all prices are displayed in Australian dollars and inclusive of 10% GST. All items are subject to stock being available. Hampers containing alcohol may only be purchased by a person aged 18 or over.
